Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION

Project selection and all wording/imagery is required at the time of booking on our registration form. Please double check all spelling and information to ensure we have the correct project ready for you at the time of class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the custom nature of the projects, registration fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a class credit for a future workshop.  Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 4 attendees.

A deposit may be required when booking a private party. Once the minimum number of participants is met, we will refund your initial deposit. If you are unable to meet the minimum, the deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your private party, the deposit will not be refunded due to the nature of our studio and the demand for private party times on our calendar.

For private parties, we require all attendees to register and provide complete customization information for their project at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare the materials for your party.

SAFETY WAIVER

I release Studio D3 from all liability relating to injuries that may occur at Studio D3.  By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold Studio D3 entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in a woodworking workshop. Drills, hammers, mallets, nails, sandpaper, paint and oil-based stain will be used in class. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

PHOTO RELEASE

I acknowledge that any photos or videos taken during class may be used for social media, online and print marketing, and other promotional needs for Studio D3.
